The inlinguaŽ pedagogical approach

The inlinguaŽ method places special emphasis on oral communication, built up and structured through specially targeted active conversations. The approach is based on techniques that help pupils commit what they have learnt to memory quickly and efficiently, enabling them to use their new knowledge spontaneously in practice.

As a result, our teachers can present information logically and never need to resort to translation.

Constantly guided, encouraged and supported by their teacher, the pupil has to respond directly in the target language. He finds himself in the role of an active participant in his own course at all times, with a central position in the chosen training programme.

The main principles of our method are:
• passing on oral skills and knowledge by working on active reflex acquisition in a familiar context,
• personalising the information presented and applied by incorporating the participant's own objectives, learning abilities and centres of interest.

Each part of the course is examined from different angles in order to make it easier to acquire the targeted skills:
• structural,
• lexical,
• functional,
• topical.
